Responsibilities as Scootee

Keep passengers safe & comfortable throughout their flight

Be brand ambassadors; work as a team to deliver exceptional service & add a vibrant touch to every interaction

Curate enjoyable travel experiences by combining up-to-date knowledge of your duties and a Scootitude mindset
Have what it takes to be a Scootee?

Min. 18 years old to comply to legal & regulatory requirements of Singapore

Min. height of at least 1.58m (female) / 1.65m (male) to carry out safety & emergency procedures onboard
-
Min qualification of Junior College (TANDAI) holders or Degree Holders from a recognized University
-
TOEIC Score ≥ 600 would be an advantage
-
Able to work on a rostered schedule including weekends & public holidays

Medically fit to perform the role of a cabin crew

Adapt quickly to manage situations on board whilst maintaining passengers’ safety

Due to our Grooming policy, this position requires a professional appearance at all times and candidates with visible tattoos are not permitted

You are willing to relocate to Singapore

Scootees
Your primary duty is to keep our passengers safe at every
altitude. Working together as a team, you will also be responsible for
delivering exceptional service and adding a vibrant touch to every flight. By
maintaining up-to-date knowledge on all areas of duty, you are all set to
impress and contribute to every enjoyable travel experience!

To get you
Scoot-ready, you will undergo a 2-month training programme upon joining. Topics
include:
Safety emergency drills
Door operation
Fire fighting
First aid
Grooming
Scootitude
Passenger handling
Inflight sales procedures

You are 18 years old and above
You meet our min. height requirement
(Due to safety & security measures: Male: 1.65m & above; Female 1.58m & above
Min qualification of Junior College (TANDAI) holders or Degree Holders from
a recognized University with preferred TOEIC Score ? 600
You are willing
to relocate to Singapore
Able to work on a rostered schedule including
weekends and public holidays
Willingness and commitment to serve a
compulsory service bond
