1. Account manager for Japanese/Korean airlines based in Tokyo
Requirements:
•University graduate
•3+ years work experience
•Excellent command of Japanese (native level) English (spoken and written) TOEIC 800 – above
•Computer literate Microsoft office a must
•Airline or industry related experience a must
•Existing project management experience a plus, but not mandatory
•Experience of working with foreign companies a plus, but not mandatory
•Flexible in travelling across Japan and Asia
•Korean language speaking/writing skill a plus, but not mandatory
2. Service Delivery Manager(WAN network) for Japanese airlines based in Tokyo
Requirements:
•University graduate
•3-5 years work experience
•Excellent command of Japanese (native level) English (spoken and written) TOEIC 800 – above
•Network engineer experience and related qualification a plus
•Computer literate Microsoft office a must
•Existing project management experience a plus
•Airline or industry related experience a plus
•Experience of working with foreign companies a plus
Job descriptions
1) Account Manager
Account manager define and implement strategy to grow ongoing business and strengthen customer relationship with airlines in Japan/Korea. Maximizing revenues and profit and identify growth opportunities. Lead an extended production team to ensure the right level of service to customers.
•Handle day to day general customer requests for new opportunities
•Liaise with internal company divisions
•Informing managers and department heads concerning opportunities
•Lead opportunities until deal closures
•Owns P/L responsibility
2)Service Delivery Manager(WAN Network/Communications):
Service Delivery Manager Japan, overseeing service delivery of Lufthansa Systems' services(WAN network, projects and application services) for airline customers based in Japan.
•Attend regular project meetings record minutes and follow up outstanding action items.
•Handle customer change requests in a timely professional manner
•Track and control the individual Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance
•Handle day to day general customer requests
•Liaise with internal company divisions
•Informing managers and department heads concerning failure of performance
