1. Account manager(Sales) for Japanese/Taiwanese airlines based in
Tokyo(Office; Minato-ku, Japan)
2. Account
manager(Operation/service delivery) for Japanese/Taiwanese airlines based
in Tokyo (Office; Minato-ku, Japan)
Requirements:
University graduate
3+ years work experience
Excellent command of Japanese (native level) English (spoken and written)
TOEIC 800 above,
Mandarin language skill is a plus, but not
mandatory
Computer literate Microsoft office a must
Airline
OR IT industry related experience a must
Existing project
management experience a plus, but not mandatory
Experience of
working with foreign companies a plus, but not mandatory
Flexible
in travelling across Asia and to Europe
Job descriptions
1. Account Manager Far East Asia (sales)
Account manager(sales) define and implement strategy to
grow ongoing business and strengthen customer relationship with airlines
in Japan/Taiwan. Maximizing revenues and profit and identify growth
opportunities. Lead an extended production team to ensure the right level
of service to customers.
-Handle day to day general customer
requests for new opportunities -Liaise with internal company divisions
-Informing managers and department heads concerning opportunities -Lead
opportunities until deal closures -Owns P/L responsibility
2. Account
Manager Far East Asia (Operation/Service delivery)
Account
Manager Far East Asia (Operation/service delivery) overseeing service
delivery of Lufthansa Systems services(Application services and projects)
for airline customers based in Japan/Taiwan.
- Attend regular project meetings,
record minutes and follow up outstanding action items - Handle customer
change requests in timely and professional manner - Track and control the
individual service level agreement (SLA) performance - handle day to day
general customer requests - liaise with internal company divisions -
Informing managers and department heads concerning failure of performance
Remuneration in accordance with our salary regulations.
