Key Responsibilities

Carry out safety, first aid and security procedures to the highest standard
Be our brand ambassador and provide genuine, personal experiences to all our customers
Deliver service excellence by creating memorable inflight experiences and exceed our customers’ expectations at every opportunity
Attend to customer’s needs in a caring and professional manner
Embrace diversity and be thoughtful and caring to all our customers especially those who need extra help
Be an excellent teamplayer in a culturally diversified environment and contribute to a collaborative and supportive environment
Adapt to situations with confidence, tact and flexibility
Uphold inflight policies and comply with all regulatory requirements


Requirements

Minimum age of 18

Bachelor’s degree or above, or high school graduate accompanied by at least 1 year of flight attendant experience

Proficiency in written and spoken English and Japanese. A third language is preferable.

A valid TOEIC score of 325 for both reading and listening, or a valid IELTS (Academic) result with an overall Band Score of 6.0 or above, taken on or after 01 June
2023 will be exempted from the English assessment.*

Good communication skills

Minimum arm-reach of 208 cm on tiptoe

Previous experience in an airline, hospitality or service industry would be advantageous

As the position you are applying for is safety-sensitive, the successful candidate will be required to meet the following criteria:

Successful pre-employment background check, including criminal records

Demonstrate physical fitness to meet the requirements of the pre-employment medical assessment

Pass a pre-employment drug test. Testing will be done following the HKCAD Guidance for screening of Psychoactive Substances - Annex B, CAD373

*Candidates holding a valid TOEIC score of 325 for both reading and listening, or a valid IELTS (Academic) result with an overall Band Score of 6.0 or above, may be exempted from the English assessment. Please upload a copy of your score during the application stage. The assessment result must be within the validity period. Please note that your result will also be validated at a later stage during the recruitment process.

Personal & Application Information

Selected candidates will be invited by email to attend our Assessment Day in Tokyo in March 2025. Candidates are expected to finish the assessments in one day. The estimated date of joining for successful candidates will be in the second quarter of 2025.

Where the successful candidates require a work permit to reside and work in Hong Kong, their employment will be conditional on immigration approval; please refer to the Hong Kong Immigration Department's website for details.

The deadline for application will be on 14 February 2025.

Shortlisted candidates will be notified within six weeks. Further applications from candidates who have already applied within the past three months will not be considered.

業務内容
・機内の安全およびセキュリティ手順を実施すること。
・機内での飲料や免税品の販売を行うこと。
・乗客のニーズや問い合わせに応じたサービスを提供するためにチームとして協力すること。


理想とする候補者に求められる条件は以下のとおりです
・日本国籍者または日本の特別永住者の方
・18歳以上の方
・学士号以上、または高等学校卒業生で最低1年の客室乗務員の経験ある方。
・つま先立ちで208cmの高さに手が届くこと
・入社前の健康診断に合格できる体力、健康状態であること
・英語と日本語でのよみ、会話が流暢にできること。その他の言語ができれば尚可
・次のいずれかの有効な英語能力資格を取得していること：
　　⚪︎TOEICでリーディングおよび、リスニングの有効スコアがいずれも325点以上あること（2年以内に受験したものに限る）
　　⚪︎TOEFLのスコア60点以上あること（2年以内に受験したものに限る）
　　⚪︎IELTSのスコア5.0点以上あること（2年以内に受験したものに限る）
・航空業界、ホスピタリティ、またはサービス業界での経験があればプラスになります
・クルーのバックグラウンドチェックの関連要件を満たし、犯罪歴がないこと。
