WAI-TAV Airport Service Co., Ltd. and are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team.
Only experienced candidates will be considered.
・ Supervise the day-to-day operations, maintain consistent premium service delivery.
・ Lead and support lounge teams, manage recruitment, onboarding, and training in collaboration with HR.
・ Ensure all guest areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hygiene.
・Act as the primary point of contact for the lounge during emergencies, crises, or operational irregularities.
・ Manage lounge assets: monitor equipment, furniture, and coordinate repairs/maintenance

・ Collaborate with F&B teams to ensure seamless integration of hospitality and food service operations.
・ Total Professional Experience: 7 Years +
・ Language:
o Japanese / Native or Advanced
o English / Advanced
